Welcome! We are glad you are here. You and everyone you know sleeps and dreams. We spend a lot of time sleeping and dreaming. Sleep and dreams are pillars of health and wellbeing. We created DreamWell to help you sleep well, dream well, and be well.

We believe you can sleep well and dream well. Part of this is just knowing how you slept and dream. For that we offer a free morning check-in which asks you how you slept, how you feel, and how you dreamt.
It is part sleep diary, part dream tracker, and part dream journal. Taking the time to connect with how you slept and dreamt will allow you to gain insight into how you sleep and dream.
Connect with your dreams
There is scientific evidence that shows using a dream journal or dream tracker will improve your dream recall. Beyond our free dream tracker, we offer specific practices based upon different methodologies including dream hypnosis, mnemonic induction of lucid dreams (MILD), and senses induction of lucid dreams (SILD) to help you connect with your dreams.

Mindfulness can help you stress less, sleep better, have more vivid dreams, improve dream recall, or even achieve lucid dreaming. It can reduce anxiety and help you fall asleep fast.
We offer guided meditations that teach basic mindfulness, body scans, progressive muscle relaxations, non-judgement, and gratitude.

We offer simple, well established sleep techniques to help you fall asleep fast. Some of these techniques focus on the breath 478 breathing, 234 breathing, and boxed breathing. Some of these techniques interrupt and stop racing thoughts that might keep you up like cognitive shuffling or counting the breath.
Have a beautiful night
We’ve created sleep sounds and sleep music design to help you fall asleep and get deep sleep. We offer white noise, pink noise, grey noise, and brown noise. We have a collection of sleep sounds like rain sounds, ocean waves, and nature sounds. We offer music composed with the aim of helping you fall asleep.

Our morning check-in is designed to create a habit of connecting with your dreams whether you call it a dream journal, dream diary, or dream tracker. It asks three, simple questions about how you slept, dreamt, and felt when you woke up. It allows you to record the story of your dreams. Keeping a dream journal or dream diary will help you remember your dreams.
