Collaborate with your colleagues through your Telephone System Extension
Unified Communicator is a Smartphone application which is designed to work with our UC Server product. The application works by connecting to the UC Server and monitoring an extension on the telephone system, associated with the mobile device.
The following features are Supported:
• Make calls from their mobile phone to extensions on phone system
• Make direct calls to co-workers using contact details stored on the UC Server
• View the extension status of their co-workers
• View Call history and make calls
• Search UC Server’s Shared address book and make calls
• Change their user Availability status
• Set DND or Call forward on their extension
