It is an app that blocks hand touch to prevent malfunction when using a stylus pen such as Galaxy Note or Galaxy Tab.
Starting with Android 11, all touches are blocked.
Android 10 and lower versions and Samsung's customized Android 11 (one ui) block only one-finger touch.
In the case of OneNote, after running the app in the inactive state (touch enabled), you must activate it with a shortcut to Air Command, etc. to work properly.
(I don't know why, but if you use touch-related accessibility, the stylus function is disabled when OneNote is running. It doesn't seem to matter after running OneNote.)

After installation, run the app and go to accessibility settings
Turn on Accessibility of Touch Rejection.
App execution in the Accessibility ON state of Touch Rejection becomes an enable and disable toggle button.
You can use it conveniently by registering the app in the Air Command shortcut.
