SimCredit is a free application that allows you to perform many Loan simulations and display graphs that make it easier for you to understand the different components of your credit and allow you to make the optimal choice of one bank or another.
It guarantees the following operations according to 4 different views:

- Monthly payment calculation (based on Loan’s Amount, Interest rate, Insurance and Term).
- Loan’s Amount Calculation (based on Monthly Payment, Interest Rate, Insurance and Term).
- Display the details of your credit: cost of credit, Total interest, Insurance, TAX.
- Display the details in a graph in order to better compare them.
- Instant and rapid change of the results by acting on the "Term" slider

¤ Compare banks view:

- Manually or automatically record the data of 5 bank offers.
- Compare on a graph showing the different details of your 5 offers (Loan’s Amount, Interest, Insurance, Total cost, Monthly payment, Term, Interest rate) to make your choice easier.

¤ Borrow capacity view:

- Are you looking for Loan? Do you want to know your borrowing capacity and the Loan’s Amount that your income can guarantee?
This view offers 2 types of credit to simulate your borrowing capacity: Personal Credit or Mortgages.
- It also makes it possible to calculate its Loan’s Amount from the monthly borrowing capacity calculated, and to display a graph showing the various details.

¤ Setting view:

- Choose between 3 languages: French, English, Spanish.
- Choose between 8 possible themes.
