What is S-mobile?

S-mobile brings trade, banking and financial management services in one application.

You can enable the app with any bank ID or mobile certificate.

What can be done on S-mobile?

Trade services

- Bonus - See, for example, how much Bonus is coming and how close you are to the next bonus level.
- Your own purchases - You can see, among other things, the domestic level and carbon footprint of your food basket and the distribution of your purchases into different product groups. With Family Sharing, you can also view the purchases of the whole family on the service.
- Benefits and tips - Benefits, vouchers, events and newsletters targeted at you. When you turn on notifications, you are conveniently informed of current benefits as a push notification.
- Receipts for your purchases - Cash and warranty receipts stored in the electronic receipt archive.
- Bonus locations - Opening hours and directions, as well as the opportunity to give feedback about the location or product.
- My contacts - Check and edit as needed to make sure you get our important messages exactly the way you want them.

Banking services

- Authentication - Log in and pay with your chosen PIN or fingerprint instead of online banking ID - also in online stores and public services.
- Saver - Save alongside your daily spending. Direct the euro to the savings in the Bonus Fund accruing from each of your card payments or S Group purchases.
- Investments - View your S-Bank's and FIM's funds or investments, make additional investments in the funds you own and invest in a new fund.
- Loans - Apply or upgrade your S-Loan and view information about your loans.
- Accounts - View your account balances and account transactions.
- Online payroll - View electronic payroll.
- Cards - Check your PIN, edit security limits, and view your credit transactions.
- Payment - Pay bills or transfer money between your accounts easily and quickly.
- FIM - Take advantage of investment and asset management services tailored to your needs. Visible only to FIM customers.
- Contact us - Call or send us a message, give feedback on our services or see frequently asked questions.

You can use S-mobile with a phone running at least Android 5.0.

What does S-mobile ask for permission?

- Location information so we can provide you with the closest services and the most relevant benefits.
- Use the camera to read a barcode so you can pay bills conveniently.
- Sending notifications to receive information such as incoming e-invoices and electronic cash receipts.
