It is the fruit of a work of practice, research and creation inspired by relaxation techniques and visualizations specific to sophrology and meditation.
The principle of the application is to take a few minutes for yourself, the time to sit down, observe or listen ... to gain energy with kindness!
The application is intended to be simple and easy to use at any time of the day and especially in the context of well-being.
It is a beautiful tool, practical and fun for: relaxing or recharging your batteries, at any time of the day away from noise and stress, strengthening your well-being and positive state being innovative and developing a dynamic in the daily.
You will discover several themes that are available in sessions with audio tracks, music or positive messages: you can start with the discovery program. stress management, challenge, express recovery, positive cards and my wellness area!
Continuation of the stress management program: it is a proposal for sharing experience through specific exercises. Regular practice allows you to listen to your breathing, become a conscious observer and create a space of your own to better manage your stress.
Then, Challenge: Different part of the application with a desire to discover other exercises in relation to daily challenges or oneself.
Express Recovery: Breathing is necessary for life. This function is therefore above all vital, but each person can make it dynamic. It helps during the day, strengthens the tone and the positive forces that are in us.
Positive communication: Images and messages are offered to focus on the positive in order to positively affect thoughts, emotions and motivation, and thus play on behavior.
