Master Power Technologies' Service Desk allows for the management of Incidents, issues and problems in your Data Center(s) through real-time alarm notifications.

Service Desk allows users to create jobs/ tasks from alarm notifications, though which teams can collaborate and resolve various issues and problems.

Users are able to receive alarm notifications in real-time, and are able to specify the Priority of their alarms as well as which sites / locations they would like to receive them from.

What´s new

We have improved the alarm notifications. Alarm notifications are now grouped and show the history of occurrence from the first time the notification was received by the app.

We have fixed some minor bugs and improved the layout and theme.
