- Access a library of effective skills to self-manage mental fitness via short videos
- Connect you with a coach (fully licensed psychologist or counsellor with coach training) to help you learn skills and get support with key issues
- Track your wellbeing and stress levels over time
Including all the functionality of the Uprise app, the Better Minds App is just one part of Medibank’s suite of resources and tools designed to advise, guide and support our members on their mental health journey.
This app is available at no extra cost to Medibank members over the age of 18 with residential hospital cover.
