The Lyra Health app adds flexibility and convenience into the care experience by making it easy to take care of your well-being, anytime on the go. Whether you want to explore well-being resources on your own, practice your provider-recommended skills and strategies, or stay connected with your provider via 1:1 messaging, the app has you covered.

With the Lyra Health app, you can:

‣ Access well-being resources through Lyra Essentials, anytime, anywhere
‣ Watch video lessons to learn new skills
‣ Complete digital activities and meditations to reinforce new strategies and behaviors
‣ Message your provider to ask questions or get support
‣ Track your symptoms and progress over time if you’re seeing a provider
‣ Get reminded of upcoming sessions

Before downloading the app, sign up online at care.lyrahealth.com.
Work on your personal wellness with on-demand resources or with a Lyra provider.
If you want to work with a provider, share how you’re feeling, and Lyra will match you to the right care for your needs.
Schedule your first appointment.
Attend your first session over video via your computer. Or, use the app for sessions over live messaging.
If your provider offers Lyra messaging and digital activities, use the Lyra Health app to access these features on the go.

Based on the Lyra program you are enrolled in, you have access to different features. Not all Lyra providers support the Lyra Health app. If you’re not sure, ask your Lyra provider if 1:1 provider messaging and digital activities are part of your care plan.

Ready to stress less, sleep more, and build healthy habits? Explore Lyra Essentials, a library of well-being resources available anytime, anywhere. Access content personalized to your interests, developed by Lyra clinicians, and based on science. Each video, article, strategy, and meditation is designed to bring more joy to your life.
