With this app you can submit your income tax return every year from 1 March.
You can retrieve your data with your DigiD. Then you check them. Is everything correct? Then you can immediately sign and send your declaration.

First check whether you can file a declaration with the app.
This is very likely if you did not have to change or supplement anything last year and if your situation has not changed.

You cannot use the Declaration app if you:
- did not have the same tax partner throughout the year
- bought or sold your home and therefore had deductible expenses
- had a residual debt for a former owner-occupied home
- temporarily rented out your home, for example through Airbnb
- had an enterprise
- had a share in an undivided inheritance
- had income from other work
- lived abroad
- had income from abroad
- had assets abroad
- was a co-parent and your minor child was not registered at your address
- had deductible items, such as gifts, healthcare costs or study costs
